Question: do you get your daily TEA intake? No, not the gossip tea, but the invigorating, healthy and life balancing teas… My daughter and I are TEA PHANATICS, and not a day goes by without us indulging.
Drinking fresh lemon water is a terrific way to start the morning because it flushes our body of toxins and keeps our liver healthy.
Teas have different ingredients that help support our bodies.
Green Tea- Improves brain function, lowers risk of certain cancers, and help in weight loss.
Green tea is very prevalent nowadays, so take a look at these other beneficial teas:
